Rascol.com allows you to view product reviews on its website. These reviews have been collected solely from customers following the purchase of the product.

Posting a comment or review by an internet user implies prior acceptance and compliance with these terms of use.

The "Product Reviews" section of the www.rascol.com website aims primarily to create a space for expression and contribution for internet users regarding the products they purchase and know, allowing them to freely give their opinion and inform site buyers in a fair and constructive spirit.

The goal is therefore to bring out the existing opinions, respect viewpoints, and enable internet users to form their own opinion.

Comments or reviews must not:

Thus, Mercerie Rascol SAS reserves the right, without having to provide justification, not to publish or to delete at any time comments including personal information relating to the author of the comment or any third party, or that it deems not clearly in line with the spirit of the site or the required standards, notably including insulting or defamatory remarks against the author or any legal or natural person, or that would be contrary to the law, including defamatory, violent, racist, pedophilic remarks, calls for murder or suicide, incitement to hatred or discrimination. Comments including information unrelated to the product concerned or its author are excluded.

The act of publishing or not publishing a comment shall not incur Rascol's liability.

under representation rights, directly or through a third party, the right to publicly perform, have performed, in whole or in part, free of charge or for a fee, by any means such as screen display or any other process in all public or private places.
under broadcasting rights, directly or through a third party, free of charge or for a fee, the right to broadcast by terrestrial means, satellite, telecasting, by any cable operator means or any other current or future telecommunication means. This right also includes broadcasting on internal networks and broadcasting on networks intended for an audience not grouped within a legal entity such as Télétel and Internet networks.
under derivative rights, directly or through a third party, free of charge or for a fee, the right to use, adapt, arrange, modify, translate and have used, adapted, arranged, modified, translated in whole or in part.
